Words cannot describe the amount of professional service from the first minute upon arrival. The rooms were clean and well serviced, the food was sensational and the breakfast was to die for. Extremely friendly staff who would go out of their way to make sure you were set for the day in anything you did. A very very special thank you from our Guest relations officer Trinh Nguyen who did an amazing job looking after us boys. Buses, trips, scooters, interpreter and shopping guru. Everything about this hotel is really really good. I stayed for a week in a deluxe room which had a sea view and a balcony. I emailed before check in to tell them it was our honeymoon and when we arrived they gave us a complimentary 15-minute massage each, the room had been decorated for us and we had a complimentary 4-course duck dinner…
